Due to the rapid growth of our practice,
we are aware that there have been occasions when patients have found
it difficult to get through to us as all the phone lines were busy;
we have taken this on board as a result we have installed a new
digital phone system with more lines and greater call handling
capacity. We will always do our utmost to answer your call
personally, but rarely there are occasions when all of our team are
on other calls or dealing face to face with patients. On these
occasions please leave us a short message along with your name and
contact number and a member of the team will call you back as soon
as they are free or at a time convenient to you.
